Windows 7 Favorite Features

I really enjoy using Windows 7 over Windows Vista.  Other than it just works better, here are some of my favorite features:

Timezone clocks.  It's simple but nice if you work with or talk to people internationally.  You can add two extra clocks in different time zones and see them quickly by clicking on the clock.  Also, the thicker task bar shows the date by default now, which saves me a lot of daily frustration.  Another improvement is you can scroll through the calendar without fear of resetting the date on your computer!

Window Shake.  I use the desktop a lot and this allows me to keep one window open and quickly view the desktop.  Very useful when doing file based explorer tasks like dragging a file to the desktop.

Snap. For those that have multiple monitors, test grabbing the title bar of a window and moving it over to the top second monitor in one swipe.  It's so much better than previously having to double click the title bar, move the window over and double click again.

Task Bar Previews. Hover over an item in the task bar and windows will show you an example of what it would look like if you clicked it.  It can be a little confusing at first but after a while you get accustomed and learn to appreciate it.

Overall, Windows 7 just 'feels' better.  It might be a combination of the performance improvements and the User Interface improvements that make working much more enjoyable.
